Increasing Productivity in your Job Search. 
Based upon membership surveys staying motivated and staying focused on the job search is a major concern.

This meeting will review different productivity techniques described by Eben Pagan's Wake Up Productive Information.  This meeting will be a facilitated workshop where members can discuss their issues and apply these techniques and others to their own personal lives and to their job search.

Applying a winning mentality toward your job search.
This is Part II on this topic.
Based upon Joel Osteen books “You Can You Will – 8 Undeniable Qualities of a Winner”.

We will review and discuss the highlights of this book and the 8 undeniable qualities of winners.
This will be a work shop where each member will define their ideal job, their goals and objectives, and their obstacles in their path that must be overcome.
Members are to bring 2-3 different job descriptions on what they think is their ideal job or jobs.

David Babayco will lead a workshop on reviewing members job search activity
over the holidays and their plans for the coming week.
Any job search issues or questions members may have will be discussed.
Results of the December 10th Job Journal Job Fair will be discussed with lessons learned.
Any member that needs their resumes reviewed should bring them to the meeting or send them

Ron McClure, VP, will facilitate a meeting on managing change as it relates to your job search.
This will focus on handling change in the job market and in your projects.

SacPronet will send resume reviewers to the Job Journal's Job Fair on December 10th.
We will review SacProNet Resume Standards for new members and for the reviewers.
We collect lessons learned from each job fair that we participate in. 
These lessons will be reviewed.

This discussion will review the basic's and focus on the reports from Strength Finder's test.
This discusson will be based upon determining strengths as defined in the "Strengths Finder" book by Tom Roth.
Member's that have taken the test should bring their test results.

This meeting will be held in rooms 4 or 5 at Arden Christian Church.
