Arthur is a teacher who specializes in teaching or training adults or young adults who have autism or Asperger's Syndrome to become more functional, while at the same time, showing them how they can contribute to society and enrich their lives. As an adult with high-functioning autism himself, he has special insight into the problems that they face in learning and in dealing with social interactions. 
Arthur has worked as a guest teacher and substitute teacher for the Sacramento City Unified School District, the Woodland Joint Unified School District and the Los Angeles Unified School District, and as a teacher for the Woodland High School.
As a member of the Sacramento Professional Network, Arthur is the chair of the Computer Committee.
Recently, he has begun to write as a blogger, focusing on topics related to economics.
