Mark Adornetto has worked for over 11 years as a faculty member at the University of Phoenix. He has provided instruction both in the classroom and online, through the University of Phoenix Online, and the University of Phoenix Associates Program (formerly Axia College and Western International University)

Mark was also active as a Chapter Member and as a Member of the Board of Directors in the ASTD organization, the world's leading association of workplace learning and performance professionals. His service in that organization included a variety of roles, including Special Interest Group Coordinator, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), President-Elect, and President.

Mr. Adornetto holds an MBA in Business from Notre Dame de Namur University, and a BSBA in Business from the University of Phoenix.
