|Anne Brown||...||Customer Service Representative||Cashier||
I have over 19 years of Customer Service experience in
both retail and call center environments. In my years of
experience, I have learned the most important aspect

be empathetic to their situation. Analyzing customer need
is vital when turning a frustrated customer into a happy
customer. I enjoy giving the customer the best experience
possible and making their experience memorable.
